Ni siku mpya, siku bora na ya kipekee sana kwetu.
Tumeipata nafasi hii nzuri sana kwetu kwenda kuweka juhudi kubwa ili kuweza kupata matokeo makubwa sana.
Msingi wetu ni NIDHAMU, UADILIFU NA KUJITUMA,
Mwongozo wetu ni AFYA, UTAJIRI NA HEKIMA,
Msimamo wetu ni KAZI, UPENDO NA HUDUMA.
Kwa kusimamia maeneo hayo matatu, siku ya leo itakuwa bora sana kwetu.
Asubuhi ya leo tutafakari JINSI YA KUKABILIANA NA MAUMIVU…
Budha amewahi kusema, maisha ni maumivu, huwezi kukwepa maumivu, lakini kuteseka ni kuchagua.
Leo tunakwenda kujifunza kwa wastoa jinsi ya kukabiliana na maumivu haya ya maisha, kwa sababu hatuwezi kuyakwepa, lakini pia hatupaswi kuyaruhusu yawe mateso kwetu.
Kila unapopitia maumivu kwenye maisha yako, jikumbushe maumivu yote yana ukomo wa aina mbili;
Moja, yanavumilika, licha ya kupitia maumivu hayo, maisha lazima yaendelee. Hiyo maumivu hayo yanakuwa siyo mwisho wa maisha, ni kitu ambacho kinaweza kuvumilika.
Mbili, yana mwisho, lichabya kupitia maumivu hayo, yana mwisho wake. Hayawezi kwenda milele, ni labda maumivu hayo yatafika mwisho wake, au wewe utafika mwisho wako.
Ukomo huo wa aina mbili, ndiyo silaha yetu kubwa ya kukabiliana na maumivu tunayokutana nayo kwenye maisha.
Kazi yetu ni kujiuliza nawezaje kuyavumilia maumivu haya na mwisho wake ni lini?
Usikubali maumivu unayopitia yavuruge maisha yako na kukutoa kwenye utulivu wako.
Kumbuka siyo wewe pekee unayepitia maumivu, kila mtu ana maumivu yake, lakini maisha yanaendelea.
Ukawe na siku bora sana ya leo, siku ya kujua kwamba maumivu unayopitia sasa yanavumilika au yana mwisho. Tambua nguvu hizo mbili na usiruhusu maumivu yoyote kuvuruga maisha yako.
