“Whenever you experience the pangs of losing something, don’t treat it like a part of yourself but as a breakable glass, so when it falls you will remember that and won’t be troubled. So too, whenever you kiss your child, sibling, or friend, don’t layer on top of the experience all the things you might wish, but hold them back and stop them, just as those who ride behind triumphant generals remind them they are mortal. In the same way, remind yourself that your precious one isn’t one of your possessions, but something given for now, not forever . . .”

Kuiona siku hii nyingine nzuri ya leo ni jambo la kushukuru sana.
Ni bahati ya kipekee kwetu kuiona siku hii, hivyo tunapaswa kuitumia vyema ili kuweza kufanya makubwa kwenye siku hii.
Msingi wetu ni NIDHAMU, UADILIFU NA KUJITUMA,
Mwongozo wetu ni AFYA, UTAJIRI NA HEKIMA,
Msimamo wetu ni KAZI, UPENDO NA HUDUMA.
Kwa kusimamia maeneo hayo matatu, siku ya leo itakuwa bora sana kwetu.
Asubuhi ya leo tutafakari JIKUMBUSHE KWAMBA SIYO CHAKO…
Chochote kile ulichonacho, unaweza kukipoteza muda wowote,
Iwe ni mali, watu wa karibu na hata wewe mwenyewe.
Lakini huwa tunajisahaulisha hili, huwa tunaona ni kitu ambacho hakiwezi kutokea sasa.
Na pale kinapotokea, tunaumia sana.
Njia bora ya kuondokana na hilo ni kujikumbusha kwamba chochote ulichonacho sasa siyo mali yako, bali imeazimwa utumie au kuwa nacho kwa muda tu.
Jikumbushe kwamba chochote ulichonacho sasa unaweza kukipoteza kukipoteza muda wowote, unaweza kukipoteza sasa.
Kwa kujikumbusha hivyo, utakitumia vizuri kitu wakati unacho na hata kinapoondoka inakuwa siyo jambo la kushangaza kwako.
Kwa sababu ulijua kuna siku hutakuwa nacho tena, na siku imewadia.
Ukawe na siku bora sana ya leo, siku ya kujikumbusha kwamba chochote ulichonacho sasa, siyo chako na unaweza kukipoteza muda wowote. Kwa kila ambacho uneshakizoea na kukiona kama sehemu yako, jikumbushe kwamba siyo chako.
