Fikra zako ndiyo eneo lenye nguvu kubwa ya kuyabadili maisha yako.
Fikiri fikra nzuri na zitapelekea kuwa na matendo mazuri ambayo yatakufanya uwe na maisha bora.
Kila kitu huwa kinaanzia kwenye fikra,
Chochote unachoona sasa kwenye maisha yako ni matokeo ya fikra ambazo umekuwa nazo kwa muda mrefu.
Kulinda fikra zako na kuziongoza vyema ndiyo ufunguo mkuu wa maisha ya ukamilifu.
Kuacha fikra zako zizurure hovyo ni kuchagua kuwa na maisha ya hovyo.
Kizidhibiti fikra zako ni kuyadhibiti maisha yako.

Kama umekuwa unakutana na bahati mbaya au visirani kwenye maisha yako,

Ni sawa na kukata matawi ya mlimao ili yatoke natawi ya mchungwa, haiwezekani.
Kama unataka machungwa unapaswa kupanda mchungwa.

Kabla hujahangaika na eneo jingine la maisha yako, anza na fikra zako.
Kwa kila kinachoendelea kwenye maisha yako, lazima kianzie kwenye fikra zako.
Hata kama umeibiwa au kutapeliwa, hayo ni matokeo ya nje tu, shida hasa iko ndani ya fikra zako.
Ukishazijua fikra zako kwa undani, na kisha kuzidhibiti, utaweza kuwa na maisha bora sana.
Dhibiti fikra zako na utaweza kuyadhibiti maisha yako.
Kama unataka kuyabadili maisha yako, anza kubadili fikra zako.
