Hongera mwanamafanikio kwa siku hii nyingine mpya ambayo tumeiona leo.
Asubuhi hii tutafakari mambo muhimu ya kuzingatia ili uweze kuwa na maisha bora.
1. Usiahirishe kwenda kesho kile amnacho unaweza kufanya leo.
2. Usimlazimishe mtu mwingine kufanya kile ambacho unaweza kukifanya mwenyewe.
3. Majivuno yana gharama kubwa kuliko gharama unazotumia kwenye chakula, mavazi na malazi.
4. Tunateseka sana kwa kufikiria yale yanayoweza kutokea lakini ni machache sana yanayotokea kwa uhalisia.
5. Ukipatwa na hasira, hesabu mpaka kumi kabla hujafanya au kusema chochote. Kama bado una hasira, hesabu mpaka mia moja na kama bado una hasira, hesabu mpaka elfu moja.

Haya ni mambo rahisi na ya kawaida kabisa, lakini ukiyazingatia, utajiepusha ma changamoto nyingi mno ambazo umekuwa unatengeneza kwenye maisha yako.
Chukulia mfano wa hasira, mtu anakuudhi na unapandwa na hasira kisha unafanya au kusema kitu ambacho baadaye kinakugharimu sana.
Lakini kama ungejipa muwa wa kuhesabu mpaka pale hasira zako zinaposhuka, unajiepusha na gharama hizo zinazotokana na kufanya maamuzi kwa hasira.

Jikumbushe mambo haya kila unapoianza siku yako, kisha nenda kayaishi mambo haya kila siku; USIAHIRISHE, USILAZIMISHE, USIWE NA MAJIVUNO, USITENGENEZE HOFU na DHIBITI HASIRA.
