Tabia yoyote ile huwa inaimarishwa kwa matendo unayofanya.
Kama unataka kuwa mtembeaji mzuri, lazima utembee mara kwa mara.
Kama unataka kuwa mtu anayependa kusoma na kuelewa, lazima usome kila wakati.
Kama unataka kuwa mwandishi bora, unapaswa kuandika kila siku.
Na kama unataka kuwa mtu mwenye hasira, kubali hata vitu vidogo vidogo vikukasirishe.

Kwa kujua hili, tunaweza kulitumia kwa njia mbili.
Njia ya kwanza ni kujijengea tabia nzuri na tunazozitaka, hapa tunapaswa kuweka utaratibu wa kufanya kitu hicho mara nyingi tuwezavyo.
Njia ya pili ni kuvunja tabia mbaya tusizozitaka na hapo unahakikisha huzifanyii kazi tabia hizo.
Kama hutaki tabia ya hasira acha kuweka uzito kwenye kila kitu, kama hutaki majungu epuka nafasi zinazochochea hilo kwako.

Asubuhi ya leo tafakari tabia nzuri ambazo umekuwa unataka kujijengea lakini hufanikiwi, kisha weka mpango wa kufanya tabia hizo mara kwa mara. Angalau fanya kila siku kwa siku zisizopungua 60 na utaimarisha tabia hiyo.
Pia tafakari tabia mbovu ambazo umekuwa unapanga kuzivunja na hizo hakikisha huzipi muda wa kuzifanya kabisa.

Kuifanya tabia kunaiimarisha, kutokuifanya kunaidhoifisha, tumia hili kuyafanya maisha yako kuwa bora kwa kujenga tabia sahihi na kuvunja zisizo sahihi.
